Jack Soong

Jack Soong is a Forensic services partner currently based in Shanghai, China. He has more than 20 years of working experience in both China and the US. He assisted clients in various industries such as pharmaceutical, supermarket, retail, manufacturing, real estate, e-commerce and others with risk advisory elements that including fraud assessment, anti-bribery and corruption, misconduct, litigation support, financial fraud, transaction risk, risk intelligence and analytics, data governance and visualisations, eDiscovery, cyber security, and etc.

Jack previously helped PwC in the US to establish the ACL analytics service for its Houston office. He also built the forensic and technology team, and risk analytics teams for a few of top international accounting firms in Shanghai to support operations throughout China. Furthermore, Jack was a senior member of a major appliance company’s GICA (Global Internal Control and Audit Group) where he set up the risk intelligence team for a global approach in automated risk detection and continuous monitoring.

Jack was frequently invited to speak on risk management and analytics topics in professional seminars, industry associations and private company events. He provided guidance to related professionals with examples on better integration of technology and risk management for effective compliance and risk mitigations.
